1. Digital Products & Course Access

  • All products offered by Cryztal Zone are delivered digitally.
  • Once payment is successfully completed and course access is granted, the product is considered delivered.
  • By purchasing a course, you acknowledge and agree that digital access constitutes full delivery of the product.

Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are generally not applicable once access has been provided.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered under the following limited circumstances:

  • You were charged twice for the same course due to a verified technical error.
  • Payment was successfully deducted but course access was not provided within 48 hours and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
  • A refund is required under applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

All refund requests are subject to verification and approval.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Accidental purchase or enrolling by mistake.
  • Partial or full consumption of course content.
  • Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations.
  • Device, browser, or internet incompatibility.
  • Failure to complete the course.
  • Promotional or discounted purchases (unless legally required).

4. Refund Request Process

Our team will:

  • Review your request within 7 working days.
  • Notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • The amount will be credited back to the original payment method (UPI / Card / Bank / Wallet / Razorpay, etc.).

Processing time may vary depending on banking institutions.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • As our courses are digital and provide instant access, cancellations are not permitted once purchase is completed.
  • If subscription-based plans are introduced in the future, users may cancel future renewals, but access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
